Jianguo Cheng is a Professor and Medical Director of Cleveland Clinic Consortia for Pain. Supported by grants from the NIH, DoD, and other agencies, he has published more than 200 articles and 3 textbooks. He is past President of the American Academy of Pain Medicine (AAPM) and Chair of the U.S. Section of the World Institute of Pain. He has served the HHS Pain Management Best Practice Inter-Agency Task Force (as lead writer of its report to Congress), the National Academy of Medicine Action Collaborative on Countering the US Opioid, and multiple NIH Study Sections/grant review committees.
