Keith-Austin Scarfo, DO, MS is an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University. He completed his residency at Thomas Jefferson University and fellowship training in pain medicine at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. He is the medical director of the Norman Prince Spine Institute. He serves as Chairman of Lifespan’s Pain and Opioid Stewardship Committee. His research interests include optimizing spinal cord stimulation treatment algorithms as well as research to assess the efficacy of spinal cord stimulation.
