Dr. Anthony Machi is a Clinical Associate Professor at Stanford University where he practices Pain Medicine, Regional Anesthesiology, Acute Pain Medicine, and Anesthesiology. He trained in Anesthesiology at UCSD and completed a fellowship in Regional Anesthesia there. He did private practice Anesthesiology followed by academic practice at UTSW Medical Center in Dallas, TX. He started and directed the RAAPM fellowship at UTSW. His interest in chronic pain led to a fellowship in Pain Medicine at Stanford. He is the editor of ASRA Pain Medicine News and enjoys teaching at all levels.
